Responsibility

Install, configure, and administrate the development, staging, and production environment with standard procedures and documentation.
Collaborate with the team to diagnose potential scaling, testing, and performance issues to ensure disaster recovery plan and strategy are in place.
Daily operation support and project implementation with travel flexibility.
Enhancement or maintain existing system architecture standards, and prepare Technical Documentation.
Experience in analyzing/researching solutions and developing/implementing recommendations accordingly.
Explore new technology, methods, automate processes or tools to enhance system reliability, availability and service standards.
Ensure all hardware and software comply with the organisation's IT policy, industry standards and adhere to regulatory compliance requirements.
Implement automated procedures for testing, deployment, configuration, and application systems.

Skill Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or equivalent with excellent academic results (both SPM and tertiary level).
Minimum 5 years of experience in deploying and administering Windows; Linux OS both on-premise (VMware/virtualisation) and cloud (Amazon/Google).
Practical knowledge and working understanding in Cloud, Docker Container, deployment, coding, and scripting is a plus. (PHP, Java, NodeJS, Shell scripts).
Familiar with implementing, manage/support web services stack especially Apache, NGINX, PHP, and SQL databases.
Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and automation tools (CI/CD).
Experience with Git, TFS, Jenkins, or similar DevOps frameworks.
Good knowledge and experience in network and system administration.
Possess excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, presentation, problem-solving skills and fast learner.
Strong desire to learn, committed to teamwork, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to cope with tight deadlines and adhere to the delivery plan.
Ability to travel both locally and abroad.
Experience in technology or gaming industry would give you an additional edge.
