Founded in 2017, The company is a Singapore-based learning platform that uses a combination of machine learning and human teachers to personalize each student’s education. It now has a user base of 150,000 students, and 350 employees across offices in Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Responsibility
  • Develop and implement strategies to consistently increase student engagement with The Company.
  • Address any concerns, queries, or issues promptly and effectively to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze & share students' learner's data with the parents to maximise students' improvement and highlight the benefit of The Company.
  • Increase customer's lifetime value by obtaining add-on, referral, and upgrade of The Company plan.
  • Maintain regular and proactive contact with parents/students on a monthly basis.
  • Inspire and motivate students to set and achieve their academic goals.
  • Identify students' strengths and weaknesses and provide guidance for improvement.
  • Assist parents in navigating The Company platform to improve their child's user experience.
Skill Requirements
  • Possess a strong Sales (farmer) or Accounts Management experience.
  • Driven and motivated by KPIs and excellence in sales and customer success.
  • High energy, passionate, and deeply empathetic of the customer.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and good command of English is essential to succeed in this role.
  • Business proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous as there are Mandarin-only speaking customers.
