Culture

First discovered in 2006, we are members of a rare species. Our outer appearance allows it to blend in easily with our distant cousins, the Homo Sapiens. Though we look alike, there are key differences pertaining to our intellect, creativity, and grit. A highly collaborative species, we love to gather together and exercise great creativity to accomplish large difficult projects for our counter parts in the natural hierarchy: *"the client"*.

Our natural habitat is in the mobile and internet space where our nimble fingers and outstanding control of Wacom pens creates beautiful websites, apps, and campaigns.

A peculiar characteristic is our ability to communicate relevant information consistently. This is highlighted by a Friday morning tradition where we gather around food and exchange information. This appears to be an effort to become a better group of species.

Responsibility
  • Serve as the lead of the account in your role and work closely with the team on data, analytics and performance
  • Lead and support campaigns by developing content marketing strategies, analysing performance, achieving metrics and targets
  • Propose metrics and set KPIs to achieve campaign objectives and goals
  • Propose A/B tests,multi-variant testing for campaign optimisation on multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Measure and optimise campaign performance, nurturing edm workflows, building audience segmentations, creating personalisation use cases for marketing campaigns
  • Create weekly and monthly reports covering all email campaign deliveries with thought through insights and recommendations to achieve targets set
  • Manage, present and communicate with clients on findings, reports and other subject matter expert in meetings
  • Install best practices for campaign performance and optimisation strategies
  • Continuously stay current on industry trends and best practices through research and learnings
Skillset Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics and/or performance marketing
  • Understanding on marketing automation and email marketing campaigns
  • Strong familiarity and experience on analytics and optimisation tools i,e. Google Analytics, Google Optimise, Adobe Analytics
  • Experience in SEO would be an added advantage
