Responsibility
  • Prepare monthly payment
  • Oversee payroll & claims
  • Booking in XERO (AR/AP/GL/FA)
  • Prepare sales invoice and send to clients
  • Follow up with client on collections
  • Administrative tasks - Prepare documentations for signing
  • Other ad-hoc tasks such as company events
  • This role will start by handling AR and AP for 2 Malaysian companies before moving towards GL and full-set of accounts and regional accounts.


Skillset Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience in accounting / finance, fresh grads are welcome to apply
  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance, part-time professional students are encouraged to apply
  • Must have strong accounting skills & attention to details
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets & Ms Excel
  • Knowledge in XERO will be an added advantage
  • Candidate must be willing to learn and have self-discipline on completing task within stipulated timeline
