• Perform System Analysis, Design, Testing and Documentation whenever necessary.
• Develop and perform Unit Testing and System Integration job.
• Maintain and support project post-implementation activities.
• Provide off-office hours production support if required.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned work.
• Document all system amendment and perform peer reviews among team members.
• Support any other IT assignments needed for a successful roll-out.
• Ensure that all processes and deliverables are in accordance to Customer SOP and policies, including but not limited to Software Development Life Cycle and Customer IT Security Policies.
• Act as Life/Asia consultant for company and provide solutioning for Life/Asia.
• Provide project management support to lead project when required.
• Plan and conduct Life/Asia training and guidance to relevant teams.
