Our Human Resource Management System(HRMS) provides a complete solution which includes real time facial recognition authentication, Cloud Mobile Attendance App, Time Attendance, Payroll, Leaves, Claims, Job Costing and Appraisal Software.

Responsibility
  • Provide support to end user on enquiries to HRMS/Accounting Software via phone call, email or remote assistance.
  • Provide software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Perform data migration works.
  • Conduct product (Software) training to end users.
  • Resolve customer technical issues in a timely & professional manner.
  • Involved in ad-hoc projects, pre-implementation discussions.
Skillset Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or relevant qualification equivalent to the field required.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT Support/Helpdesk/Onsite/Desktop Support/Accounting/Finance system is preferred.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Strong IT and Software troubleshooting skills is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software.
  • Candidate with experience in handling Accounting/Finance Software System is an added advantages.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
