MONTHLY SALARY: 

Basic Salary: 

  • RM 2,000/2300 + (Variable Allowances) = Up to RM3,800++


Variable Allowances:

  • Fixed Allowance (Mandarin Speaker only)

[REQUIREMENTS]


  • Min SPM and Above
  • Proficient in Mandarin Language, with Basic English Language
  • 24 Hours Rotational Shift
  • Willing to commit 5 days work per week
  • Fresh grad or no prior working experience are welcome
  • Start work on 28 September 2022 (28/09/22)
  • Willing to work on public holiday and weekend

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

  • Handling all inbound calls and email pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaint, comments, feedbacks, and other raising issue related to the company’s products (Eg: Food delivery service/Transportation issue).


  • To exceed customer’s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.


  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
